This Policy applies to all products purchased from
1. Australian orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
2. All items must be unworn, undamaged and is returned with Meilleur Ami’s original packaging and box.
3. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item has been deemed faulty or there was a dispatch error.
4. Returns will be denied and returned to sender if the Returns Form has not been approved by one of our teams. 

Full Priced Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or gift voucher.
Sale Items are not eligible for a change of mind return, size exchange, style exchange or gift voucher, unless deemed faulty.
Pre Order/Made To Orders are not eligible for a change of mind return, exchange sizes, style exchange or gift voucher as they are specifically made for the purchased customer. Unless deemed faulty.
Accessories items unfortunately for hygiene reasons we can not offer a change of mind return, exchange or gift voucher.

*If your return fails to meet these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.


*Before you fill out the Return Form, please read our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
Provided that the following conditions have been met, Meilleur Ami will happily offer a refund, exchange or gift voucher.

*Please have your order number ready.
2. Email the completed returns form to
3. Once you receive an approval email from us, print out the Returns Form and pack this in your return parcel.
*Note if the item is deemed faulty, please refer to the Faulty Items section below.
4. Visit your closest post office and send the parcel to the address provided in the confirmation email. 
*Meilleur Ami is not responsible for items lost in transit, if using own shipping labels.
*We recommend you to use Australia Post registered labels. Note: Meilleur Ami does not keep record of your shipping labels.
5. Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund, exchange or gift voucher will be processed within 5-10 business days and you will be notified via email.

We are sad to hear that your shoes were not received at our high standard quality.
It is important to us that we resolve this issue, and ensure that our lovely customers are happy.

If you believe your item to be faulty,
1. Please email us at with the order number and;
2. Attach photos of the damaged item to be assessed by one of our team members.
Our team will assess and be in touch within 1-2 business days.
*Approved faulty returns will receive free postage label via email.
*We will accept returns on faulty items within a reasonable time frame and after assessment by one of our product experts.


Please note that your exchange request is not always guaranteed.
If your requested item becomes out of stock at the time of processing, a member of our team will contact you via the email address on your order to make alternative arrangements.


Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of receival.
